Judges

Judges get one free game for each one they judge.

Judges are required to email the following files for each game they run to snocon@kellscaer.net by June 16, 2006:

• Roster (can be found at the end of each module)
• Critical events summary (can be found at the end of each module)
• Game summary (form, sample)
• Game log(s)

Handouts are up here; judges will be given the userid and password for each module before they run if they wish to make use of the site.

Volunteers needed!

In addition to judges, marshals are needed to muster at the beginning slot of each module. Work permitting, I will be available online for questions and backup, but will not be able to muster the weekday slots myself.

The person mustering must:

• Arrive in the muster room for the module being mustered at least 15 minutes before the start of the slot
• Stay in the mustering room for at least 15 minutes after the slot starts to catch stragglers
• Ensure that legal, and as far as possible, balanced, tables of players are organized and assigned to a judge
• Email snocon@kellscaer.net by 1 hour after the start of the slot with the following information for each table:
  • room name
  • judge name (real and screen name)
  • player names (real and screen names)
